Mr. Subhash Ramkisan Tayal started a structural consultancy practice in the year 1987, with 36 years of glorious journey, now flourishing as Cicom Consultants.

Cicom Consultants has been driven by innovation and has created its footprint across residential, commercial, industrial, retail, institutional, hospitality, and healthcare sectors, among others.

The infusion of youth, combined with the experience of the old hands, has witnessed a glorious chapter in the journey of Cicom Consultants.

Cicom Consultants has delivered more than 1700 projects, in terms of design. With its head office in Pune, and a well-established infrastructure that involves a skilled workforce, a time-tested design process, latest technology and international standard software platforms, Cicom is always ready to serve its admired clients.

Mr. Subhash Tayal

With a Masters in Civil Engineering from the IIT Madras, he brings with him immense knowledge of the field, expertise that has evolved over time and leadership skills that guide the team at the organization and today leads a team of 15 skilled engineers at the organization.

• Member of the Institution of Engineers (India).
• Member of the Indian Concrete Institute.

Associates

Mr. Prashant Shelke

Senior-most designer and an integral part of Cicom Consultants since 2010. Passionate and enthusiastic about his profession. Specializes in High-Rise Structures, Industrial and Commercial projects. He has a keen eye for details and excels in incorporating architectural features in structural drawings.

Mr. Rushabh Kothari

With a Masters in Structural Engineering from the VIIT, Pune, & also a university topper during Bachelors in civil engineering, speak volumes about his academic excellence. He has honed his skills in structural engineering, and today leads a team of skilled engineers at the organization. His exposure to the emerging trends in the field of Structural Engineering have seen his pass on his knowledge to the team and be a part of some iconic projects executed by Cicom Consultants.
